45db Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Rights, and Obligations

1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 45db website, platform services, mobile interface, betting products, casino games, and any related services provided by 45db (collectively, the "Platform"). The operator of 45db is an internationally registered entity operating the Platform for the benefit of eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By completing the registration process and creating a 45db account, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the 45db Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 45db with respect to your use of the Platform.

45db reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register a 45db account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum eligible age for all 45db services is 21 years. No exceptions are made to this requirement.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your personal jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which 45db's services are explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 45db or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a 45db account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 45db account at any time. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 45db uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player may be closed and any pending withdrawal requests cancelled pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You are under a continuing obligation to keep your registration details current and to notify 45db promptly of any changes.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

45db operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and player protection frameworks. KYC verification may be required before a player's first withdrawal, upon reaching defined transaction thresholds, or at any time that 45db deems appropriate in its reasonable discretion.

When requested, you must provide one or more of the following documents within the timeframe specified by 45db's support team:

• Proof of identity: Government-issued national ID card, valid passport, or driving licence bearing your photograph.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your current residential address.
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, matching the registered mobile number on your 45db account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or, where 45db has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, closure of the account. 45db handles all identity documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

4 Use of the Platform

The 45db Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with all applicable laws, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

You must not use the Platform through any automated script, bot, crawler, software agent, or other non-human access mechanism. You must not exploit any software bug, glitch, or technical error on the Platform for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid out. Such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.

45db reserves the right to restrict access to any game, product, market, or feature at any time and without prior notice, including for reasons of technical maintenance, regulatory compliance, or risk management. Restrictions of this nature do not entitle the player to any compensation.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

45db accepts deposits exclusively through the following mobile financial services and payment channels available in Bangladesh:

• bKash — personal bKash wallet transfers
• Nagad — personal Nagad wallet transfers
• Rocket — DBBL Rocket mobile banking transfers
• Upay — UCB Upay mobile wallet transfers

All deposits are credited to your 45db account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit amounts and daily deposit limits are displayed within the deposit section of your account. 45db does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which 45db bears no responsibility.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to a third party is prohibited. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, 45db reserves the right to void the deposit and return the funds to the originating account pending verification.

45db does not accept deposits made in cash, via cryptocurrency, through bank wire transfer, or through any payment method not listed above. Attempting to deposit via an unsupported method will result in the funds being returned where technically possible.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have been verified in accordance with Clause 3 of these Terms. Withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative verified account has been approved by the 45db support team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. 45db targets a withdrawal processing time of under 60 minutes for standard verified accounts during normal operating hours; however, processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will not be processed while any portion of your account balance consists of active bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements. Only cleared, wagered real-money funds are eligible for withdrawal. 45db reserves the right to apply a fraud-prevention review to any withdrawal request that triggers internal risk thresholds; such reviews will be completed within 72 hours in the ordinary course.

45db does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests. Your MFS provider may apply transfer receipt charges, for which 45db bears no responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

45db may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the point of issue, which will specify the applicable wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, and expiry timeframes.

Where bonus terms are not specified in full at the point of issue, the following default conditions apply:

• Wagering requirement: 25x the combined bonus and deposit amount before withdrawal.
• Bonus expiry: 30 days from the date of credit to your account.
• Minimum odds for sports bets contributing to wagering: 1.80 or greater.
• Slots contribution to casino bonus wagering: 100%. Live casino table game contribution: 10%.

Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome ("matched betting" or "bonus arbitrage"), or exploiting system errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. 45db's assessment of whether bonus abuse has occurred is final.

45db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. No claim for compensation will arise from the modification or cancellation of a promotional offer.

8 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 45db platform are subject to the rules of the relevant sport, the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement, and the general betting rules set out in this clause. In all cases, 45db's interpretation and application of betting rules is final and binding.

Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in pricing — including but not limited to odds that are clearly inconsistent with the true market price — 45db reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. 45db will not pay winnings arising from manifestly erroneous odds.

Cricket events offered on 45db — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the applicable cricket betting rules displayed within the Cricket section of the Platform. Where a match is abandoned, interrupted, or decided by a reduced-overs method (e.g., DLS), settlement rules specific to each market type will apply. Live in-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined are void.

9 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available through the 45db platform are operated by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are advised to review the rules and return-to-player ("RTP") percentage for any game before playing.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or during a game round, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined and settled automatically by the game server. 45db accepts no liability for losses or disputed outcomes arising from disconnection events caused by a player's internet connection, device failure, or local power interruption.

The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and can be independently verified by the player using the fairness verification tool within the game. Playing crash games is subject to the same account eligibility, deposit, and responsible gaming provisions as all other 45db products.

10 Responsible Gaming

45db is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players. We strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits before commencing play. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone you know, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool available within your account settings, which will suspend your account for a minimum period of your choosing. 11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 45db platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 45db account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or personal details to access or operate a 45db account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in relation to markets available on 45db.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform as part of any financial crime.
• Abusing promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or duplicate account creation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing towards 45db employees or other platform users.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 45db platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, game graphics, text content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 45db or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 45db intellectual property without the prior written consent of 45db.

Game content available through the 45db casino lobby is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers. All rights in such content are reserved by the original rights holders. 45db's use of game content is subject to separate licensing agreements with each provider.

13 Privacy & Data

45db collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the agreement between you and 45db and should be read together with these Terms.

45db uses SSL 256-bit encryption across the entire platform to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal data is stored on secure servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only. 45db will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required to do so by law, or as necessary to operate the Platform (including for payment processing and KYC verification).

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 45db's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 45db account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

45db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 45db has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

45db makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur; 45db will endeavour to minimise disruption and provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

15 Account Suspension & Closure

45db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime is suspected.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires 45db to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 45db reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., platform withdrawal from a market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 45db account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned following the completion of any pending KYC requirements.

16 Amendments to These Terms

45db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights, obligations, or the nature of the services provided — 45db will provide registered players with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect.

Where amendments are non-material (for example, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law), 45db may publish the revised Terms immediately without advance notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of the hero section of this page will be updated on each revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 45db's operating entity is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 45db arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation in good faith. To initiate a dispute, please contact our support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. 45db will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 28 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or competent courts of jurisdiction, as applicable under the governing law of 45db's operating entity.
